    The magnet to connect keyboard to screen is not strong enough! It us cobstantly falling apart with the slightest movement! I really wish I had bought another MacBook! I hate this device!!!!

    The I-Pad is great, the customer service is a turn off. Asked them to transfer data from my old pad to my new, the charge was 200.00. Stupid, I did it when I got home in about 10 minutes. Really? Making a customer happy is really easy, just go the extra inch.

    My experience when purchasing this device the absolute worst. It was initially a pickup order but was delayed several days almost missing Christmas. I will not be buying anything with this company again

    Best Buy gave my purchased ipad out to someone else and never reimbursed me my money nor sent a new one. I never even touched this ipad that was purchased with my money
