    Love the Ipad, I needed a laptop for school but did not have the money, so an ipad was a great alternative (as long as you get a keyboard attachment). I got the apple pen with it, and it makes everything so easy! I am very happy with my purchase and Best Buy’s speedy shipping! It arrived exactly when they said it would and their product tracking was up to date.

    A lot of people online will say the 9th gen ipad is a better deal. But I disagree - when this 10th gen is at the occasional big sale price, it's so much nicer. Yes, the 9th and 10th specs are very similar, and the only main difference is the style. But the style is very important for the user experience! It's more enjoyable when it feels premium.

    This is more for the customer service I received at the Alakawa store in ‘Oahu. I live in Maui and we don’t have a store on island so I took the iPad with me on a trip to ‘Oahu to make a return. The customer service there was quick, friendly, and professional. I’m used to long or difficult return processes and this was the total opposite. Mahalo Nui!

    I bought this for recording stats during volleyball games/tournaments and for play calls during practice. I’m never disappointed by apple products! I have everything I need right in front of me and the battery life is days without a charge! The sleek design makes it easy to fit both in my purse and my backpack.     As a UK resident I was onto a winner the moment I entered Best Buy at Portsmouth, NH (although in the interests of honesty I’d actually purchased my new iPad 10th gen, 64GB while still at home). Taking advantage of Best Buy’s current $50 discount, the $399 I paid was about two-thirds of the cost back home. And it’s within the duty free limit back home. Great job Best Buy!
