I went through GeekSquad to purchase bc I had her old IPad. It was broken and we was trying to get it fix. No go on fixing it so I bought another and the tech was super helpful and knowledgeable.

The only drawback is its low storage. In 2024 base model is coming with 64gb ... Other than storage it's great device.. no complaints...
