    The ipad is great. Best Buy should transfer files from an old ipad to a new ipad for no cost. I had to pay to join Best Buy membership.

    I really like the ipad, the only thing that really bothers me is the fact it is not compatible with the apple pencil gen 2. I was not aware of that when I bought it, given its the newest model. If I had known I would have bought the air and sadly the return period ended for this item.
