    Well it is an Apple product so all great. However, the quality of BestBuy’s e commerce is great and extremely user friendly.

    Bought for grandchild in Iceland. Sent it to hm with his sister when she flew home. Did not set it up so cannot give much of a review. I did like mine and that is why I got it for him.

    Upgraded from an iPad 9. Enjoy the larger screen. Paired it with a Zag Pro Keys and it is excellent for productivity. Best Buy had a great trade in program. Excellent purchase.
