    I purchased this tablet to replace my mother's (74f) broken Samsung A7. She's found the switch difficult to manage. After 3 weeks, she still struggles to find the features she wants in the piles of pre-loaded apps she's not interested in. Several times I've had to step in and setup credentials or change intrusive settings, even for basic web and navigation functions. The Samsung devices seemed to have a less cluttered OS out of the box, which made it easier for her to install the apps she was already comfortable using without having to ask for help. iPad might not be the best choice for users who aren't comfortable customizing their systems on their own.

    The product is great. Unfortunately, It took over 30 minutes to be helped by a sales associate. When I was he was very low energy and mumbled during the entire process. I might as well ordered online. I had to ask for extra accessories. Etc
