I did not receive the item, made a claim and Best Buy claims it was stolen which it wasn’t delivered. It was a gift for Xmas now I gotta buy another one.

Great Ipad. My daughter received this for Christmas. She loves it. Bigger than i expected.

I recently purchased an iPad from Best Buy, and I couldn’t be happier. The performance is incredibly smooth, whether I’m multitasking, streaming, or using productivity apps. The display is bright and vibrant—perfect for watching videos and editing photos. Battery life is excellent too, easily lasting me all day with moderate to heavy use. Setup was quick and easy, and I love the seamless integration with my other Apple devices. I also appreciate the helpful in-store staff who answered all my questions before purchase. If you're on the fence, just go for it—this iPad is powerful, lightweight, and just a great all-around device. Highly recommend!

Great iPad! Nicest feature is the Touch ID on the side instead of the Home Screen.

I did not recieve my item, I have called several times to customer service which they have not helped at all. The "package delivered" was left by ups next to a trash can unsecure with other boxes open. When I went to pick it up, it wasnt there.

As a customer, I'm thrilled with my iPad Air. Its sleek design caught my eye, and the A14 Bionic chip delivers impressive performance. The vivid Liquid Retina display enhances my multimedia experience. I love the portability, and the compatibility with the Apple Pencil and Magic Keyboard has transformed how I work and create. The USB-C port and Touch ID are convenient additions. My only gripe is the somewhat limited storage options. Nevertheless, the iPad Air has become my go-to device for both productivity and leisure, striking a perfect balance between power and portability.

Overall an astounding tablet! Prior to this review, I had a Samsung Galaxy tab s6 lite (2022 with snapdragon), and let me just say, this tablet is superior in almost every way. From the screen, to the performance, and everything else, it’s just fantastic. My Samsung was fine at first, but it was super slow and chugged on every app. The only downside is that there is no as card slot. I had a 256gb in my Samsung and it was pretty useful, but not a major dealbreaker for me. I got mine in blue at a great price $349) and hope to use it for many years down the road. The battery is also great, but charging it is the best because it charges much faster than my old tablet.
