    Very disappointed, this is my 4th ipad, to start, shipping took a week, once I finally received there was the IOS 18 update, which you cannot avoid, stuck in a loop for 24 hours, brought it to BB for help, was told to return. It took another 2 hours, and had to give up, called customer service, helpful but frustrating. All in all it took a week to get set up properly and transfer old data.
