Amazing product. Although they gave me a locked ipad at first but they unlocked it soon.

It was fine for one month, then out of the blue and iPad will not charge anymore, I had to use my type c Xbox controller charger for it to work and it only going up 1% have 30-45 minutes

I was promised a refund this was a birthday gift to my daughter/ Christmas present this is all she asked me for I made sure I went to work consistently for this money. I was told because my package was marked as delivered after there being no proof or anything they couldn’t do anything about the matter after I tried again and a few other agents were willing to help me and they tried but because the people that conducts the investigation didn’t want to do their jobs correct they denied my refund more than 4x I told them that was my last and I really needed that gift under my tree this was my first time shopping with Best Buy and last time as well never went through this with no other company this was so unfair and I feel very disappointed. They also tried to reorder my order for pickup so that I didn’t have to worry about it going missing again and they canceled the order for pickup that investigation team is fraud and i will be taking legal action.

iPad 10th does not support second generation ipencil, nowhere in any of the information does this fact come up. Average battery life Put a case on it quick, especially for children Visually very appealing
