Never got the iPad, they had to “investigate” me not receiving it and denied my claim. Then after calling customer service they said the had submit a claim for a refund. This is day 4 and I haven’t received a refund.

I prefer the touchpad for my daily classic activities and the first generation pencil is more than sufficient and comfortable in my grasp.

I did not recieve my item, I have called several times to customer service which they have not helped at all. The "package delivered" was left by ups next to a trash can unsecure with other boxes open. When I went to pick it up, it wasnt there.
