    I have not received the package containing the item I ordered and the pencil. Despite my efforts to resolve this with Best Buy, they are refusing to provide a refund or send a replacement. UPS conducted an investigation and confirmed that the package was not delivered to me. They submitted the necessary paperwork to Best Buy on the 15th, but Best Buy has yet to respond. UPS has been incredibly helpful and efficient, while Best Buy's handling of the situation has been far from satisfactory. Despite UPS's findings, Best Buy is still unwilling to issue a refund or replace the item. I have not received the promised calls and emails from Best Buy, and I strongly advise against making any purchases from them. Their customer service and handling of delivery issues is extremely disappointing, and they do not take responsibility even when the shipping company confirms non-delivery of items.

    The one I bought was supposed to be brand new and not open box, but when I received it the box was open. The item was fine, but in the end I paid more for something I could have saved on.

    Great iPad, but personally the screen quality is ok, getting the 2017 iPad Pro might be the better option as you get promotion and more ram.

    Sharper ipad with vibrant colors. The home button is gone so you may have to get used to swiping instead. Battery life is ok not as good as previous generation.
