I don't know why there are so many negative comments about this iPad, I don't find anything bad about this device. It works very good and I'm pretty sure any other iPad works just as good as this one, I don't think I'll upgrade my iPad no time soon.

It was easy to setup and transfer data from her old iPad. I was glad that Best Buy had it in stock. The customer service was excellent! The rep answered all of my questions and made the transaction easy.

Best Tablet ever!

She is not tech savvy but she loved it! She doesnt live close to us and we are apple users so its nice that we are able to face time her on her tablet and see her :) She loves playing her puzzle games on here as well.
