I went in furious about just purchasing an ipad less than 2 months ago. The first issue was brought in to geek and was repaired, was told free but cost $40. Now it shut all the way down. Not doing repair again i wanted money back or another ipad. Long story short Mr. Gavin took great care of me. Thanks Gavin

I absolutely love this iPad.

It's a nice upgrade from my generation 5. I like that there is a tips app already installed with guides for your new iPad, very helpful!! Plus I do like that its a little bigger than my old one.

This Made a Wonderful Christmas Gift!

She instantly forgot about her other Christmas gifts as soon as she opened it! The iPad was easy to set up and she was able to use it almost immediately. To date, she is rarely seen without it!

Perfect for college

Great for taking written and typed notes. I used the scribble feature a lot so I can physically write out my notes to help me remember but also text search them for review later.

A great iPad

Sceen and performance are great, and it looks good. Switch to usb-c is also a great upgarde! I don't use apple pencil so I don't have to deal with dongles, but for others this could be a deal breaker.
