The color is very different from the picture. The color is like a metallic pink. All in all, my daughter still loves it!

Good product. If you are looking for a new iPad this one it’s the best option, not to expensive.

This iPad was a gift! The gift recipient is pleased with the device. I had a good experience with Best Buy and their staff. The unit arrived at the store prematurely which was helpful.

To be honest this is my wife’s IPad and she hasn’t complained about anything. Well other than adjusting which she says hasn’t been that difficult even at our age.

I have been in contact with this company since dec 23 2024 in regards of this problem of my iPad being stolen. It was placed in the box taped twice and when I opened it the iPad box was in the box but there was no iPad. As soon as I seen this I have reported this several times throughout the time frame of dec 23 until Jan 8 2025. I’ve reached out to fedex and they said they would refund the money to Best Buy but they need an account number, Best Buy stated they don’t not have an account number, and each time stating they will refund the money back to my account 7 to 10 business days. But then within a hour time frame I get an email stating they will not. It sounds as if the same people are on the phone, I’ve tried to call headquarters in MI but it continues to place me on the line with people that sound the same. I wrote down the names of the people that I talked to but in each email the name is totally different. Yea don’t shop with them stick with Amazon. I’ve learned my lesson 300.00 gone

The device is great! However, gold is not yellow!!!

I like dragging emails and dropping them into folders, and I cannot figure out how to collapse folders so I have to look at all 400 folders in order to drag and drop

It works well and is easy to use. Has a good display and my grandson loves playing his games on it,

Overall a really nice iPad, I wish the camera was a little better but it works for what I want to use it for.

Not the best quality. The frame bent, causing the screen ti crack.

Not my favorite ipad. The screen feels more platic like than other models and it is slower in processing.
