Battery Life

The only complaint that I have is the battery is horrible. I feel like I use it for 10 minutes and then it’s automatically drained.

Defective Power cord

Not an even trade for a new defective I-pad.

We brought it back as defective. They gave us a new one ,but only gave us a trade in amount less than the cost of the new one we paid for. We had it two weeks. We were supposed to get an even trade. My husband did not notice the transaction until I looked at the fact the new ones were than on sale the next day. We were taken 2 times on this purchase.
