Battery life is disappointing for new IPad. I wish I would have just had a new battery put in my 7 year old IPad.

The screen isnt as good as the air and the battery lofe dies pretty fast

Terrible! I purchased the iPad 10 gen with apple care and after going today to use my apple care... I found out that's the serial number on the actual iPad that I was sent is not the same in the Best Buy system. Totally insane!

Not that much difference between this one and my previous one. Not noticing better speed. Not seeing that much more battery life.

I wish that I would’ve bought this from Best Buy because their Best Buy techs aren’t allowed to help me install the security software that I bought from Best Buy. I was told that I would have to take it to a Best Buy store in which is 100 miles away from and that’s not doable.

Exactly what my daughter wanted, item was ready for pick up in 2 hours.Ipad works great also bought the pencil as well.

Love this i pad model, the only annoying thing is you need a different usbc for the apple pen. Its not a big deal though.

I am happy with it for the most part but I am not able to do texting and Facebook. Have tried adjusting the settings etc....no luck. It would have been nice if Best Buy would offer a brief tutorial when I purchased it. I will get to an Apple store to correct the problem....but not convenient right now.

Had to bring it into the store the first day to get help with it.

This was a gift for my mom and she enjoys it. The color is very nice and it comes with the cable and charging brick.

Purchased to replace an iPad 5th gen. Feels a little thicker than the previous iPad. Otherwise works as expected.

I'd give it zero stars if I could. This was sent in a refurbished package. It wouldn't run without uploading new software. The upload stopped with one second to go and froze. Every time. I had to go back to the beginning, wipe it clean, re-load content, then it required software update, which froze with one second to go. Spent over an hour with Apple support and they couldn't fix it. After two fruitless days I finally returned it. Total waste of time.

Perfect gift for my niece. She loves and and her dad is able to control the time she can be on it through his iphone

I ordered this for a Christmas/Birthday present for my daughter and the package said delivered however when I checked the front porch there were 3 packages but none from Best Buy. I contacted customer support and was told they would send a replacement and 2 weeks later they sent an email and stated they could not send a replacement and no refund so I’m out 300$ with no product. Very disappointed

The iPad works great, especially with the Logitech keyboard. Would highly recommend the product and the keyboard.

I bought this 10th generation as an open box item. It works perfectly and no scratches on it. I’m glad I bought.

My Xmas gift to my wife. Replacing an older model because of battery life. I am sure she will enjoy her new iPad.

Protects the iPad nicely without the bulk of a case. Also nice to get same day delivery and membership points.
