    i absolutely love this model. i wanted an ipad for so long but i don’t need anything fancy just to do basic stuff plus a little more. the quality is fantastic and the battery is amazing. i use this for everything, movies, school and even work. it has come in handy for so many things. 10/10 recommend

    Having switched from an iPad Air 2 to this newer version took a little bit of getting used to having the fingerprint button on the top right, but having no issues with it working as it’s designed. Love the speed with which it loads apps, and surfs the web. All in all a great tablet for average users, such as myself.

    Best Buy did a good job fixing an issue caused by the company they outsource to for delivery, Roadie. Driver marked my delivery completed and submitted a picture of a house he took as he drove by the house which was not in my town. I was impressed with how easy it was to work with Best Buy customer service to get a replacement for pickup. I used the chat feature on the app and was able to select the store. I should have done pickup in the first place. It seems there are people who target stores like this to steal higher ticket items by posing as delivery drivers
