The whole experience was seamless, from ordering online, to my in store pickup, and so was the customer service - from the checking out to when I had questions and needed help with purchasing the correct accessories, I couldn’t be more pleased and my satisfaction has continued at home with the functionality and user friendly use of this product.

This iPad has been great for my son School instead of driving his Apple computer around. There’s no comparison to Apple products that they’re the best.

I just wish you could have Apple products not require passcode for every single entire thing in the world. Its ridiculous and very much un-needed!!!

Glad I upgraded when I did

I thought my old iPad was good enough for what I wanted to do with it. But then certain apps would not run anymore so I had to upgrade. After just having this iPad for two weeks, I questioned why I didn’t do it sooner. This iPad is much faster much more responsive and has double the hard drive space. I am thankful I did upgrade.
