It is my go to in the morning for reading the news. convenient, small and keeps me connected to all the other sources that are active in the morning - i.e. email, and social media.

Decent but already a bit dated

Functionality wise, it is basically like every other iPad with what can objectively be considered minor differences. The speakers and screen could use an upgrade. Also the one quirk that I can’t get over is that you need an adapter to register an Apple Pencil, which isn’t included in the box and costs 10 dollars. Just seems silly.

The Best Tech Ever!

I was unable to access the icloud to retrieve the photos and notes I had on my previous ipad transferred to the new ipad. Sophia took the time to help me with this problem. Her expertise was astonishing and her service was supreme! I thank you very much!

This iPad is lightweight and the color is very pretty! I made this purchase for in-store pickup and it was available the next day (how PERFECT!). Highly recommended for school work!

Spoke a couple of customer service people what I was getting told that they can’t do an exchange via mail would have to return via mail for a refund. However I spoke to Achmed and he informed me that exchanges can be done via mail. So he planned an order for a new one while this one is being sent to the new one arrives January 7, 2025.
