    Your Sales Rep. was very helpful and showed a lot of patience with grace as my husband and I are 76 & 84 and need extra help in understanding the inner workings of the ipad' let alone the electronic world!

    Was on sale bought got hoe had call apple ,no luck,called apple again was on there 1 hour 20 min she tried toget in remotely and would not let her.when i shut it down night would come right back on? apple recommended return
