For what?

My 10 year old Apple iPad was and still easier to navigate searches. The fingerprint setup is clumsy, placing finger, lift finger and place finger..... over and over and over. Sometimes on opening fingerprint security still returns to" Passcode" to open screen. The Apple Pencil, would be a improvement, but I can't get it to work, even after initial charging. How do I know that the Apple Pencil is fully charged?

Charging cord cracked
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased one in early May 2023, after nearly two months, the charging cord cracked and the copper line exposed posed a safety threat. Very disappointed! We had several iPads prior and their charging cords should last at least one year. This time it made me feel sad. Must buy another charging cord because came in and talked with customer care. they said just buy another one, no replacement.
