I have been a member for over 15 years. I purchased this iPad in June of 2023 it was experiencing charging problems and was told it needed to be replaced I took it in I was told I canceled the insurance coverage two weeks after I purchased it I never canceled it, I called the geek squad and was told they would reinstate the insurance I have been given the runaround for 1 week now I’m being told it cannot be reinstated. This was not something I did, I paid Best Buy for the coverage and now I’m being told I have to pay for a new iPad after I was charged for insurance. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced I will not be purchasing anything from here. I would make sure you are not being robbed like I was canceling coverage and now not being responsible for it.

A great outer shell that lacks features on the inside. Holds the pen but doesn't charge it? To charge you need an adapter since they decided to go with USB-C. Go with the iPad Air.

I am an older person with a cane. However I knew exactly what I wanted. I waited by the display. No one came over although the store was fairly empty.. I asked for help at the register.He said he'd be right there. Unfortunately he took two other people. So I stood in line again. No hello, no thank you for waiting, Handed me the box and did not look up. I am a member of BB. I bought the keyboard at a different store. It was an unfortunate story.

I really wanted an iPad just for watching stuff at work, as well as maybe use an extended display for my Macbook, but 64GB of space doesn't even cover the basics let alone apps.

My review. On the iPad well I bought a brand new one ( I thought)!I paid for a brand new one as I turned it on there was somebody's else email in there which tells me that someone else had purchased it an returned it

I need to change the 9th generation to the 10th one due to battery issue. Hope this would be better one.

love my ipad didn’t come with correct charger unfortunately but did get charger for free in person.

Good upgrade for those who are looking for basic daily usage. No power house, but it works for simple task. When the price drops enough to fit your budget, its good enough to get.

The iPad is great and works well, however, I am concerned that the battery runs down rather quickly. I’m hoping it will not get worse in a short amount of time.

I had a iPad that was 2 models older than this one. The screen quality looks the exact same. Didn’t improve after 3 years. Disappointing

As i mentioned, the fingerprint thing works sometimes, the Volume button is frustrating as well for some reason. Strangly for an apple product, I don’t trust it. After all of that, its still a 3 star!

Many tik tok reviews are my same issue! Ipads decide to not turn on anymore. Bought mine 5 months ago and it don't wanna charge or turn on. This might be an apple issue. My purchase with Best Buy was great.

The flat edges of the case make it feel awkward to hold. It also feels heavier and did not appeal to my wife. It was returned and we may look into a used iPad with the original case.
