Perfect item from Apple no problem and great color

Rather disappointed with the new ipad line up. They are thicker and more cumbersome. The buttons seem ill responsive and they just lost their ‘Parga if’ feel. Not worth the extra $$$

I love and besides pink is my favor color. Get one

My order was committed to be available for pickup at the store on Jan 7th. I will leave the city on Jan 8th evening. Same iPad was available in other stores and I preferred to buy it at Bestbuy. I’m frustaded.

I find it difficult to go from one program to another. And when I try to open some apps up it tells me it’s not available even though I just had everything transferred to it yesterday.

They never refund my money after I told them that my item was stolen and that am empty box was delivered. I called customer service and was told to pick up a replacement. Still didn’t leave with an iPad . I took the box up there for proof, still no IPad. I purchase the same one from Amazon and Best Buy took my 430.89 and it’s December

My order never showed up talked to best buy about it and they said I had to talk to the police did that because there was sufficient proof that the item was actually delivered to my address there was nothing they could also do so paid money for an iPad that I still don’t have and Best Buy isn’t doing or wouldn’t do anything to help

This item is for Christmas and has not been opened yet. But let me tell you about the pickup at Best Buy. By the way this is the second time I have written this when asked. In order to pick it up. I had to stand behind numerous other customers who just wanted to buy a few things and checkout. But since there are no checkout lines at best buy EVERYONE has to go to customer service. Very time consuming and a real pain.

I never got my car package because Best Buy third party company roadery delivered to the wrong address and they never gave me a refund or another iPad to be sent out best buy is fraud and if you’re package gets delivered to the wrong address this will not send you you’re money back or replace it.

If I could give a zero I would. I received an empty box, seals were already broken on the box (the actual iPad box not the shipping box) I called to report it and sent pictures and was told to follow up with my local police.

This shopping experience was terrible. The awful online purchase experience, customer service and help buying iPads for my grandkids was beyond upsetting and made me late with my gift. I’m very disappointed in Best Buy for how poorly I was treated.

Well I didn’t receive my items and then I talked to a customer support agent who said they would refund me and then a few days later I got an email saying No Refund. Very upsetting and bad experience.

Never recieved item. Wasn’t able to get money back.

I ordered this device online when delivered it was stained and was connected to another iCloud so I couldn’t access our use it at all Best Buy customer service was no help at all Hopefully this time I receive a new device

No water damage, it wasnt dropped or crushed and the screen has three lines going through it. Probably no longer under warranty. Im not happy. I need a drink

Nice Gen 10 Ipad! I would of given it a 5 star review but I cannot as the gen 2 ipencil is not compatible with this new Ipad. Only the gen 1 ipencil is compatible. DUMB!

Bought the iPad and they gave me the wrong pen ! They had it delivered and no instructions on how the iPad works , and how iPad works

The only other tablet I have had is an RCA android. That’s the only comparison I can make. This screen is smaller. I liked the larger one. However, the picture is much sharper—really superb. Also, the sound was lousy on the RCA. This sound is wonderful and I can adjust it. It is also very fast, which I love. I like that I can easily make the picture bigger which I couldn’t on the RCA. One star off is just for the learning curve. I don’t know how I get to a lot of places or how to get out of them. With the RCA I could restart and everything would be clear. Now, it takes me right back where I didn’t want to be. Also, there are more clicks to get to what I like. I still haven’t found a list of my favorites which I would like since I go to the same places over and over. Now I have to type them in every time. I wish the bar on the side that shows you where you are on the page would not disappear. I have to actually move the page to know where I am in the text. I would rather just glance at it and keep my place on the page. The nice part is there are a lot of places to go to for help with the iPad and they are very informative. I tried to get on a zoom call for the first time and it wouldn’t let me. Still don’t know what to do about that. This was expensive and I’m sure I’m not using it to its full potential. I will be patient and continue learning.
