Was needing to upgrade my iPad and I'm pleasantly surprised at how big and how good the screen looks! Love that it has face recognition to unlock instead of using my finger.

It brought our pictures into the new one with minimal fuss. Good price for black Friday sale. Go pickup one!!

Product is great but purchasing process horrible

I did an online order to Pick Up at the store. The employee was very pushy and she made the simple process itself confusing. Then the iPad was not in cling wrap so I question if it was new or used as it wasn’t sealed in any way (it was sold to me online as a full-priced “new” item). I saw the employee removing stuff from the iPad box before I received it which I found odd. It was for my household, not a gift so I didn’t necessarily need it to be sealed but it would have been nice for peace of mind. I was busy with a baby so I just took it and never said anything.
