Excellent quality my son loves it it was time to upgrade from his 9th generation to this one and it’s really nice good camera and screen quality only difference I notice is battery life is much longer and it’s full screen no button and video quality

Honestly was a good purchase, for my second time buying and owning an iPad you can’t beat the newest one not only is the display crystal clear the cameras are amazing, as some special features one example is the front facing camera follows youre body where you move while on FaceTime so you never have to worry about not being In the shot or moving around with that amazing feature, I ordered everything brand new while looking at the wide variety of refurbished items I never have to worry if the items are defective I get all my products and electronics at Best Buy, I have boughten refurbished items in the past and never had any issues with internals or exterior, and if their is an issue, I’ve never had a problem exchanging or returning a non functioning item, they are always helpful and provide amazing customer service, it’s always a quick trip when I shop at Best Buy I get in get helped and I’m already back in my car headed home would rate a 10/10 for quality and service.

Performance is snappy thanks to the A14 Bionic chip—apps load quickly and multitasking feels smooth. Battery life easily lasts a full day with moderate use. I do wish Apple hadn’t moved the front camera to the landscape edge—it’s great for video calls, but takes getting used to. Overall, a reliable tablet for everyday use, and Best Buy’s pickup process was quick and hassle-free.
