Would like to express my appreciation for Best Buy having a guy like Gavin at the Newnan store. I went in furious about just purchasing an ipad less than 2 months ago. The first issue was brought in to geek and was repaired, was told free but cost $40. Now it shut all the way down. Not doing repair again i wanted money back or another ipad. Long story short Mr. Gavin took great care of me. Thanks Gavin

I’m obsessed with my iPad lol. I love the color, (I got pink). It’s so easy to use & I love that I’ve basically replaced my lap top now. Highly highly recommend this screen size if you are using it for school/work. It’s been a life saver.

I use the Ipad for school and it works wonders. I also use it to do my statistics for my basketball team and this was a great investment.

Fast charger and processor. I brought this for my 14 year old daughter and she loves. I love Best Buy and the he customer satisfaction is amazing

Upgraded from iPad 8th gen and I love the bigger screen and some of the newer functions. I’m obsessed with the color options, especially the one I chose. One little thing I found super convenient was the function of the volume button switch when the orientation of the screen changes.

EXCELLENT. Purchased the blue color for my son and the pink color for me. You literally can’t go wrong with this iPad, it’s big (literally all screen), the color is beautiful, features are great and can’t forget about the price. If you can get it on sale even better lol

This is my first time owning an IPad and I love it so far! I have only had it for about a month but I was able to connect to my Apple account easily and navigate through the settings to customize it how I needed it. I use it for business purposes and for that it has worked great.

Love my new iPad! I use it for everything! Highly recommend, great for travel or leisure purposes.

Best Buy did a good job fixing an issue caused by the company they outsource to for delivery, Roadie. Driver marked my delivery completed and submitted a picture of a house he took as he drove by the house which was not in my town. I was impressed with how easy it was to work with Best Buy customer service to get a replacement for pickup. I used the chat feature on the app and was able to select the store. I should have done pickup in the first place. It seems there are people who target stores like this to steal higher ticket items by posing as delivery drivers

I purchased this iPad for my wife for Christmas and she LOVES it. She is more of a PC person, but was able to set up and use the iPad easily and quickly. Combined with the Zagg Pro Keys keyboard, she is set with everything she needs to read the paper with her coffee and communicate by email.

Performance is great and smooth so far. Reading on it is really nice for the eyes.

I LOVE this iPad. I’ve completely replaced my MacBook for taking notes and find myself more motivated to write notes and pay attention in class. The price is reasonable 10/10
