From unpacking, setting up and using, always a joy. Buying via Best Buy is also straight-forward. The web-site is clear and the staff and helpful.

Very easy to transfer all my things onto new iPad. I also bought my sister one, so we both got a new one. My sister loves her iPad and plan on using them for school.

No home button

The 10th gen works exactly the same except for the “swiping” vs the home button. I guess I’ll get used to the swiping but currently I find it very annoying and cumbersome. Other than that I like the new iPad just fine
