New Ipad - an upgrade to a 9 year old model! It hold great charge and does all the things I expect of an iPad!!

Best Buy did a good job fixing an issue caused by the company they outsource to for delivery, Roadie. Driver marked my delivery completed and submitted a picture of a house he took as he drove by the house which was not in my town. I was impressed with how easy it was to work with Best Buy customer service to get a replacement for pickup. I used the chat feature on the app and was able to select the store. I should have done pickup in the first place. It seems there are people who target stores like this to steal higher ticket items by posing as delivery drivers

I purchased this iPad to replace an old one. My husband spilled water on the charger but it was cheaper to buy a brand new iPad rather than to have the old one repaired. I love the iPad so I bought the replacement the next day.

Great gift for my 7 year old granddaughter to play her Roblox game with her family & friends. Also, a great way to FaceTime her to speak with her. I love it bigger screen than the last one that we purchased her 2 years ago and it has way more features! I am glad that I made the purchase!
