It feels like something new but it right away feels familiar. The screen quality hasnt improved much but with the newer bezel its a bit more spacious, perfect for reading and videos. The squarer bezel makes it feel very sturdy. Overall it’s really enjoyable to use and looks great!

It’s been about a year and still runs smooth. Had glitches one time and had to be restarted once but other then that it been working well.

I went in furious about just purchasing an ipad less than 2 months ago. The first issue was brought in to geek and was repaired, was told free but cost $40. Now it shut all the way down. Not doing repair again i wanted money back or another ipad. Long story short Mr. Gavin took great care of me. Thanks Gavin

Not only does he love it but the rest of our family does as well. The screen is big and convient for my toddler's. I can see clearly when trying to read small print while handling business. I wish it was water proof as a family with toddlers its hard to keep mess from being impossible.

Good value with a $50 open box discount.

I would have settled for the 2021 version because it was cheaper, but it is a whole generation older and I think i would not get as much value out of it. Also, this one has the USB-C connector and I prefer it to the older lightning connector that the previous version has.
