    This is the first I Pad that Iv owned and I absolutely love it. It is very easy to navigate and the display is beautiful. It fits perfectly in my purse.

    The iPad 10s are great however this wasn’t working properly. Spoke a couple of customer service people what I was getting told that they can’t do an exchange via mail would have to return via mail for a refund. However I spoke to Achmed and he informed me that exchanges can be done via mail. So he planned an order for a new one while this one is being sent to the new one arrives January 7, 2025.

    I’m having to learn how to navigate around my new iPad but I really enjoy using it. My eyesight is not as good as it used to be so the bigger screen is very helpful.
