New iPad 10th generation

I returned to Best Buy on 12/26/23 because I had some issues with the iPad. The only alternative I was gicen by their Geek was to pay $55 and they would send it somewhere and I would get a refurbished one back not a new one. I purchased a new one. It is not first time I have had poor customer service at Best Buy. I am done shopping at Best Buy. I called Apple Support and they were very helpful but am still having issues with the new iPad and Apple support told me to call back if their help did not fix the problem and they would set me up with an appointment. Best Buy did not even look at the iPad. His only solution was to pay $55 and Best Buy would send it somewhere and I would get a refurbished , not new one back. When I asked about the screen protector I had put on it he said I just lost money I spent on it. I am done with Best Buy. .

I wanted the larger storage capacity, unfortunately it was all sold out until after christmas, but 64 gb should be plenty since it will serve as an internet surfing / streaming / FaceTime device. The device is surprisingly light weight, the blue color looks great, and the center positioned camera is a nice touch. This ipad uses usbc as its connector, which everyone says is so much better, but i dont have very many of those cables and my plugs are mostly usba so I guess i have to upgrade everything else now…
