I was unable to access the icloud to retrieve the photos and notes I had on my previous ipad transferred to the new ipad. Sophia took the time to help me with this problem. The picture screen is not as sharp as my other devices, and tbe screen goes dimmer at times while I am using youtube. But it does have more storage space, the price is affordable, and it has a good battery that lasts quite awhile. I hope to bring it in to BestBuy so they can have a look at it, to see if the issues can be corrected.

Fast, charges fast, easy to use. Kinda wish it had face rec but the new fingerprint is easy to use and well-positioned. Thanks Apple and Best Buy!
