My first IPad! Love it! This was to replace my old tablet, which is no longer upgradable. Good screen since, Responsive, great WiFi connection, and compatible with the music programs. I wish it had an audio jack, but I used an adapter to connect to my keyboard amp.

My wife was extremely happy and surprised with this Christmas gift. I ordered it online and picked it up in store. Pick up was extremely fast and easy.

Best Buy did a good job fixing an issue caused by the company they outsource to for delivery, Roadie. Driver marked my delivery completed and submitted a picture of a house he took as he drove by the house which was not in my town. I was impressed with how easy it was to work with Best Buy customer service to get a replacement for pickup. I used the chat feature on the app and was able to select the store. I should have done pickup in the first place. It seems there are people who target stores like this to steal higher ticket items by posing as delivery drivers

Works great . This is my second time purchasing this item . One for each of my children . No complaints . Great value .

iPad works, got a good trade in deal for it too. Would probably recommend this for reading a book for school over writing notes with an apple pen due to the smaller size. Still works for handwriting notes and drawing.

I use this for college and it has been so helpful, taking notes is so easy and accessible with the wide range of apps available for note taking. I would also recommend a paper screen protector, which best buy also carries so that’s super helpful.

This iPad is awesome and my son really loves it the colors are very vibrant and it’s super easy to you and easy for him to navigate from screen to screen

The five star rating is based on value. A very solid well-made piece of equipment at a very good price. The only negative feature is incompatibility with the latest apple pencils. Apparently, this is the only iPad that requires a specific generation pencil plus an adapter. Other than that, probably the best bang for the buck out there.

Love Apple products! Easy to use/ figure out. Compatible with all other Apple products. My son uses this to watch his shows/ videos and play games with ease!
