Sales associate was very helpful and made the whole process go smoothly. The iPad is an iPad!! Up-to-date version easy to restore from older model.

The only thing is the audio is way too quiet when I’m on FaceTime. The other person can’t hear me at all. I do know that it’s not like this for all of them, and there might just be something wrong with mine.
