    setup required upgraded ios before restoral worked...the product should tell you this.

    Purchased one in early May 2023, after nearly two months, the charging cord cracked and the copper line exposed posed a safety threat. Very disappointed! We had several iPads prior and their charging cords should last at least one year. This time it made me feel sad. Must buy another charging cord because came in and talked with customer care. they said just buy another one, no replacement.
