    The iPad is great and works well, however, I am concerned that the battery runs down rather quickly. I’m hoping it will not get worse in a short amount of time.

    My daughter got this for her Christmas this year so she can take notes in her classes. A good product for her, as an Apple gal. I wish we had purchased the correct pencil at first since the newer model did not work with the ipad we purchased and we had to take it back to trade it for the earlier version at an increase in cost.

    It’s ok, damaged box, damaged cord, and seemed to be an open box even though I wanted brand new. sales person was great tho

They were purchased as Xmas gifts, and they have not been set-up or used to determine their performance. I am rating the item based on my research of the item, to determine if I wanted to purchase it.

    Terrible! I purchased the iPad 10 gen with apple care and after going today to use my apple care... I found out that's the serial number on the actual iPad that I was sent is not the same in the Best Buy system. Totally insane!

    The flat edges of the case make it feel awkward to hold. It also feels heavier and did not appeal to my wife. It was returned and we may look into a used iPad with the original case.
