They Took my 300 + tax and said it was Delivered but it wasn’t I got in contact with Them about it they said they will give me a Refund but they lied about it it a scam if you ask me they changed it and call the police I did and still didn’t get it back so don’t waste your money or time with them

Customer service was not so great. We did a at store pick up and said it would be ready in 1 hour but took more then an hour so we just decided to shipped it our house and still it took forever to get to our house

Good product. My review is based off the staff at this Best Buy. I told him I needed an iPad for my work trip and I desperately needed to buy it that day. I said I saw one on sale online and he insisted this was the only one. I had to apply for credit as I couldn’t afford it that day (I was planning on spending only $250ish) I had no service so I couldn’t check myself and I took his word for it. He asked if I needed an Apple Pencil I said no and he charged me for it anyways! I was just in such a hurry I didn’t notice what was put in the bag. So I rushed home and went straight to another location where they sold me the one that was on sale as I saw online and I was able to return my overly expensive purchase.

Easy purchasing experience, but iPad has been acting up , setup was difficult

Had a 6th generation I-Pad before I bought this 10th generation. It made a big difference in screen quality. Brighter. More visible. Like the larger light weight screen. Use it every day.

It’s not even a month and it’s not charging, everything was brand new

Good news. It transferred from the old iPad - easy peasy. Bad news. It wouldn't wake up after one day. Geek squad couldn't fix it - had to go to the local Apple Store and they figured out that it needed to be replaced. Took them 4 days to get a replacement.

This iPad was a gift! The gift recipient is pleased with the device. I had a good experience with Best Buy and their staff. The unit arrived at the store prematurely which was helpful.

I don't like the skinny area for your thumbprint. My old one had the home button. I guess it just takes some getting used to.

Great tablet work Very well for me battery dies fast

I wish that I would’ve bought this from Best Buy because their Best Buy techs aren’t allowed to help me install the security software that I bought from Best Buy. I was told that I would have to take it to a Best Buy store in which is 100 miles away from and that’s not doable.

this was an early Christmas present for my wife. Her old iPad was to the point that the battery wouldn't hold a charge. It seems to be a good machine and she seems to really like it.

Apple has been the best at the tech industry. This I pad does not disappoint. Best Buy offered serval options and the reason i buy from them is because their service matches Apple.

Screen freezes or iPad just shuts down. This is the 2nd one, still the same issue

The battery is weak, doesn’t hold enough charge for daily use.

Looks fine didn’t open it yet, kids liked . But color variety is good

I absolutely love this generation 10 iPad. The screen is larger than my old one. I like that they made it Compatible to a regular keyboard so it’s just like a laptop only smaller.

I ordered this for a Christmas/Birthday present for my daughter and the package said delivered however when I checked the front porch there were 3 packages but none from Best Buy. I contacted customer support and was told they would send a replacement and 2 weeks later they sent an email and stated they could not send a replacement and no refund so I’m out 300$ with no product. Very disappointed
