Asked for replacement was denied. Took out insurance. Denied knowledge of my request.

Really happy with the item. Sales clerk sold me the wrong pen. Returned the pen and got the correct one.

So far so good. Its new to me but i can do a lot of things on it

NOT impressed with the iPad 10th Generation. My 10 year old Apple iPad was and still easier to navigate searches. The fingerprint setup is clumsy, placing finger, lift finger and place finger..... over and over and over. Sometimes on opening fingerprint security still returns to" Passcode" to open screen. The Apple Pencil, would be a improvement, but I can't get it to work, even after initial charging. How do I know that the Apple Pencil is fully charged?

Open box was not as unoticablly used as it seemed yes maybe the screen and the physical product were in almost brand new product level but when I set it up and tried to start a new apple I'd it would let me for the reason being that it had already created to many apple I'd accounts so it made me have to call apple support

The item was delayed and came late but overall an amazing item

my uncle order me an ipad 2 days before christmas, my ipad was supposed to deliver january 4th everything was good up until ups held my package and didnt deliver it. i contacted best buy and i was scheduled to go pick the ipad up from the store and once i got there i was told that they did not have the ipad so the man “ sent it to a different store” and told me that i can go pick it up from there, when i get to the store the lady there tells me “ you order was cancelled by once of our team members”. i call best buy to see whats going on and i get an email a couple days later saying “ they are not going to refund me nor give me a replacement and that i need to work with my local police department to get the issue resolved”.

It has no simple back button..it does not have 3.5mm headphone jack ..Shane on apple cut costs at user expense

Good device…freezes sometimes…takes multiple attempts to shut down.

Not worth the money . Go for the older version which is worth

Screen bad. and slow. I recommend just paying he extra $100 or so and get the iPad air 5

Every time we go to Best buy it's always the same problem so I had to get another I pad and lose money it's not even fair but whatever I do hope I win because it's not fair

This was purchased as a Christmas gift. Very nice, similar to other iPads.

Honestly, the setup is not intuitive. I had to connect to wifi and my android phone to even be able to use it. Not only that but it makes an aweful loud noise during setup, so it's not easy to get your head on straight for the ordeal. Not recommended. Get a laptop instead.

I love the new design. Very well thout out dont care for the split screen

Apple continues to improve the iPad line. Optics and resolution are excellent and the camera is improved over prior models, and seems to capture better images.

The Bluetooth doesn’t work but over all it’s a good ipad

It was good but it’s more like a computer then a tablet

Not that much difference between this one and my previous one. Not noticing better speed. Not seeing that much more battery life.
