It’s an Apple product you may like it or not but the quality its always a factor to thrust this devices, great price for a entry level iPad.

I'd give it zero stars if I could. This was sent in a refurbished package. It wouldn't run without uploading new software. The upload stopped with one second to go and froze. Every time. I had to go back to the beginning, wipe it clean, re-load content, then it required software update, which froze with one second to go. Spent over an hour with Apple support and they couldn't fix it. After two fruitless days I finally returned it. Total waste of time.

.Bought this as a gift to my wife to upgrade from an older 9th generation and so far she loves it,its fast and twice the gbs as her old one.

I purchased this item as a Christmas present for my daughter but I had to return the iPad because there was an issue with the microphone. Apparently, many users are having this difficulty with this model. It was a very disappointing Christmas morning, especially when there weren’t any in stock to be exchanged and Best Buy wanted ME to cover the difference between the sale price I got it for and the regular pricing. I’ll be sticking with Walmart… at least they don’t try to upcharge you after speaking to customer service and confirming the item is at TWO different stores you’ve driven across town to exchange it at and the store associates say otherwise…

The color was pretty bright that makes it ulgy i thought it was more like matte color

i ordered an ipad was supposed to be here 3 days ago it wasnt then they said jan 6 i called and they were very rude and told me i have to wait 2 more weeks snd that if its a problem i can always cancel and get my money back

Great product, the sales staff at the Harbison Store were very friendly and helpful to guide us to the device that was right for our needs

Its an iPad and does what its supposed to do. Be warned, pairing an Apple pencil will require and addition dongle. Crap move by Apple.

Nice product but don’t like the way I have to shut it off

Perfect for my little guy. No home button I like to touch button. I don’t like that the Apple Pencil generation one but it works well.

Seems good so far. No issues other than I was not aware of the change to a c type charge plug. My bad. Should have researched better.

This is my second Apple iPad. My first one is at least 7 years old. The new model is clearly an improvement for me The storage is larger than my original 32 gb version. The clarity of the screen is also much better than my old version, For me this newer iPad is not a game changer of an upgrade. I am happy with my purchase.

It's decent if you don't want the latest features of an ipad, not functional with the apple pencil 2, the camera is located in a weird spot - Apple missed the mark on this one. Took it back and grabbed the ipad mini, which is much more up to date than this child babysitter.

Loving this iPad for the price it was a no brainer. Recommend whoever is looking for a reasonable price iPad to pick one of these up.

Really really wish sales associate was more helpful & not acting like we were wasting his time given that we knew item we wanted to purchase & was expecting it to be an easy pleasant experience which it was not - sales associate made me feel like it will be a really long time before I consider shopping at Best Buy again.
