Perfect mix of size and performance. Looked at the mini but at a cost as standpoint, this is the better bang for the buck.

Online purchase…. Website was easy to follow . Arrived in just a few days. Called a few days later to set up autopsy.

Had to bring it into the store the first day to get help with it.

My package came wet and the inside had no bubble wrapping or anything that would secure my purchase. My product was fine only because apple has plastic on their boxes, not because of Best Buy’s caution/protection. I’m very disappointed with my purchase and not just that but it took longer than expected.

Great IPAD! Even better when adding a Zagg keyboard to it! Just like taking a large computer with you everywhere you go!

Exactly what my daughter wanted, item was ready for pick up in 2 hours.Ipad works great also bought the pencil as well.

I am happy with it for the most part but I am not able to do texting and Facebook. Have tried adjusting the settings etc....no luck. It would have been nice if Best Buy would offer a brief tutorial when I purchased it. I will get to an Apple store to correct the problem....but not convenient right now.

Love this i pad model, the only annoying thing is you need a different usbc for the apple pen. Its not a big deal though.

Perfect iPad for the every day user. I got this for my partner who had been using a pretty old iPad that was actually still working well but it was definitely showing signs of slowing down and the screen was not as bright anymore. This 10th generation iPad is perfect as it looks pretty much exactly like the iPad Ait including the larger non Home Screen button display, This iPad is beautiful in the light blue color and it has the same design language as the newer iPhones with the flat sides and completely flat screen. I also was able to get this for an incredibly good deal which made it cost more inline with a new ninth generation iPad. If you are able to get the 10th generation for around what the 9th is selling then it makes this iPad even better as my partner would never need more processing power, and has fallen in love with how this new iPad looks. The removal of the old Home Screen button makes you realize how much screen space was not being used by a display and I prefer the Touch ID on the side power button instead of having a tablet do photo unlock. Overall this was a great present and a great price and it was very easy to buy and pick up the next day at Best Buy. Highly recommend!

Still getting to know the iPad. So far, so good! Easy to use and imported my photos and contact list from my iPhone.

This was a gift for my mom and she enjoys it. The color is very nice and it comes with the cable and charging brick.

I upgraded from an iPad 5th generation to this one. Night and day. Much faster, larger screen with better definition.

It worked well for about 6 weeks. I bought it 9/18/2024 by mid November started having issues. Just past the store’s 30 day return policy. This is my first time having issues with an Apple product.

Customer service was excellent So far the product is working of course buying apple care brings even more security.

My item was shipped through FedEx with no signature or proof of where it was dropped off… Best Buy don’t care enough but don’t care so I’m out $400 and my daughter is out her tablet will never buy anything else from here.. this was the first purchase I made with them and my last

Purchased to replace an iPad 5th gen. Feels a little thicker than the previous iPad. Otherwise works as expected.
