    The pictire and video qualiry is great! Very fast processor. Camera quality improved significantly from prior model.

    My very first experience with Best Buy was terrible! I ordered an Apple iPad (pink) just for me to not receive my product! After days of waiting for my package that I also paid for it to be delivered the next day as it was a birthday gift for my daughter! Finally got a refund for the tablet not my delivery! But what made me mad the most is that so called delivery driver got off with a free tablet and that was disgusting to me!!! I NEVER purchased from Best Buy again and refuse too! My first and last experience was terrible!

    Basic iPad, keyboard stand, etc. Total cost around $760. A little trouble setting it up but managed to do it myself. Zero assistance by seller except to buy service for setup. Will probably buy from a smaller more service oriented vendor next time. Set up should have been included.
