    I bought this as an open box item. The box was badly damaged. The iPad was OK. The charging cable and Power converter we're missing from the box. You have refused to mail it to me and have told me that I must go to the store and state my complaint. I am paraplegic and that is extremely difficult for me.

    Nice colors to choose from, but the screen is flimsy. It’s not a laminated screen so there is a space between the glass and the display…spend a bit more and get the Air or pro.

    I will not be purchasing from Best Buy ever again. The service is horrible. I have been waiting on a Christmas gift since before Christmas and have yet to receive. I have been giving the run around and at the point I am fed up.

    If I could give a zero I would. I received an empty box, seals were already broken on the box (the actual iPad box not the shipping box) I called to report it and sent pictures and was told to follow up with my local police.

    Turns out that the package was delivered to an incorrect address, Best Buy won’t provide a refund or a replacement. So basically I have to pay for something I don’t have!
