    This is my first iPad after years of using Kindle Fire tablets So far while I like it I am still adjusting to the differences in many of the apps I regularly use. That said I do like all the additional apps I can now use.

    I order this online for my daughter Christmas present and it’s was delivered by fed x and they left in outside at my hallway door and it was stolen and Best Buy don’t want to replace it or refund me my first time shopping with Best Buy never was with Best Buy again I read they policy it’s say should be replaced or refund they not fair to my child plus my hard earned money my daughter is hurt and me to because I lost out on money and my daughter Christmas gift

    Well I didn’t receive my items and then I talked to a customer support agent who said they would refund me and then a few days later I got an email saying No Refund. Very upsetting and bad experience.
