Granny Got an IPad!

It was getting a little harder to see with my phone so I switched to this to do my “scrolling!” It’s easy to set up and lightweight enough to hold. The pink color is gorgeous!

Careful buying online from Best Buy

Had to touch down hard to type a letter. Trying to exchange for new one. Wish me luck have to go through Apple. Best Buy won’t do it past my 15 days. Been traveling just now having opportunity to do it. Very dissatisfied with Best Buy.

Terrible service

Unacceptable

Somebody stole my package off my front porch and Best Buy refuse to refund my money or issue a replacement. I will never buy from here again $430 gone down the drain

The pencil, for an extra $100 would not connect to the iPad without a special connector. This was not part of the packaging nor told to me at purchase.
