Didn’t Last Very Long

Not telling truth about iPad insurance

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Your Apple sales representative at the 55 hotel cir NE , Albuquerque New Mexico told me they do cover stolen or lost with Apple care + then my 6 year old only having his gift for less then a month losses it and.l now out of this and now we have to buy another from a different company due to be able to afford. We did save more months for his gift we are not rich or middle classs either.

Best Buy bungled the delivery

A box arrived from Best Buy on 5 days later on the scheduled date, but it was empty and clearly not the right shape to hold an iPad. I contacted Best Buy and they say they will send a replacement, but it will take 7 to 14 business days. Ugh. So, all those 1 star ratings are not for the IPad, but for Best Buy screwing up the delivery.

iPad did not work

I had to return the unit and get my money back.
