Wrong cord

I said no thank you, I wanted a new one. I couldn’t rate because I couldn’t charge it.

Terrible Service.

I attempted to send it in the mail for a refund and they gave me incomplete address information. Terrible service. I wasn’t able to return in store because it came from OpenBox. I still have yet to receive my refund from them. I will not be ordering online with them again.

One Bad Apple

After about 3 days it started to reject my passcode, telling me it was "wrong." After 10 "wrong" tries, I was locked out totally. Needed Geek Squad to correct, but was not interested in keeping this one since seems defective. Returned it and will be replacing with order direct from Apple.

Defective product

Went to the store for a replacement and item was not in stock. They sent to store pickup while I was on vacation and then cancelled my order when I was not back in time to pick it up. Now want me to repurchase at different price and would not adjust price to what I paid.

The Yellow IPad cover

It doesn’t stay connected to to iPad at all so every time you open it the cover comes off. The color is gorgeous thought, I really wish it would have been the case that worked. Now I have a $70 price of plastic sitting on the shelf.

Do not online order from Best Buy

My order was sent back to the store and I have been trying to get a refund issued back to me for over two months now with no luck. I recommend buying in store or from another retailer.
