Granny Got an IPad!

It was getting a little harder to see with my phone so I switched to this to do my “scrolling!” It’s easy to set up and lightweight enough to hold. The pink color is gorgeous!

Terrible service

Somebody stole my package off my front porch and Best Buy refuse to refund my money or issue a replacement. I will never buy from here again $430 gone down the drain

The pencil, for an extra $100 would not connect to the iPad without a special connector. This was not part of the packaging nor told to me at purchase.

Asked them to transfer data from my old pad to my new, the charge was 200.00. Stupid, I did it when I got home in about 10 minutes. Really? Making a customer happy is really easy, just go the extra inch.

Fix your pickup system

It was initially a pickup order but was delayed several days almost missing Christmas. I will not be buying anything with this company again
