Bought it as a gift for my mom; she loves it. Not hard to see why — ipads are probably Apple’s best product. Certainly their most versatile. This particular model has received criticism for its (relatively) high price and Apple Pencil charging shenanigans. But, if you’re not going to use a pencil (my mom certainly isn’t), then this is the model you want — provided you’re cool with spending a bit more than you would for the entry model. I’ve no problem doing that for gifts, so easy decision.

We got this as a gift for my grand daughter and she absolutely loves it. The customer service at best buy were so helpful and i had it delivered and had it in 3 days! We are so pleased with how it all went!

My first time owning an Apple product. I always have android and I want to try IOS. I love this IPAD. Size is perfect and it is fast. Highly recommended.

Tried to set up my new IPad, but since computer not functioning to do that, I brought it in to the Geek Squad. Preston had helped before with sister-in-law's phone, and he was amazing, getting me set up, explaining everything, getting Microsoft Office installed, etc. Can't praise him enough! Unable to enjoy it yet, as busy, but certain all will be fine!

This iPad is awful. The overall iPad itself worked good but it won’t connect to the Apple pen it comes with and I took it back and turns out my iPad was defective.

Got this for my fiance as her old ipad mini was starting to bug out. She loved it, mainly uses it for streaming videos and drawing on the Procreate app.

I just can not seem to get me old Apple Pencil to connect. I use this for school and to draw for anxiety. I really need to get it to connect. It’s an Apple Pencil 1st gen. I was told it could work with this iPad

I love my IPAD!!! It’s big, easy to handle & it only took a few days to learn anything new. My former IPAD still had a home button so obviously there’s been changes.

Love the Ipad, I needed a laptop for school but did not have the money, so an ipad was a great alternative (as long as you get a keyboard attachment). I got the apple pen with it, and it makes everything so easy! I am very happy with my purchase and Best Buy’s speedy shipping! It arrived exactly when they said it would and their product tracking was up to date.
