We purchased this iPad for our daughter who wanted it to use it for taking notes in class and for drawing. She is so impressed how she has the capability to draw on it and screen image. She's happy that she was able to sync her Apple pencil with it too. One of the best purchases of 2023.

The iPad is great. I removed 2 stars because of the purchasing process. I did an online order to Pick Up at the store. The employee was very pushy and she made the simple process itself confusing. Then the iPad was not in cling wrap so I question if it was new or used as it wasn’t sealed in any way (it was sold to me online as a full-priced “new” item). I saw the employee removing stuff from the iPad box before I received it which I found odd. It was for my household, not a gift so I didn’t necessarily need it to be sealed but it would have been nice for peace of mind. I was busy with a baby so I just took it and never said anything.

Service was great I was greeted at the door and told where to go and sales associate was the waiting for me great service and product

I Have this now for 2 weeks. Beautiful screen - exquisite picture! Very fast response time. Touch screen is easy to navigate, and I am NOT a techy. The size is exactly what I wanted. I almost bought the 10.2", and I'm thrilled that I choose this one. BIG difference in the picture quality. I'm very happy and satisfied so far!

I my so happy I bought my I pad. The display is outstanding and the graphics are perfect. Since I bought the I pad I only use my lap top once in awhile. I also bought the keyboard and cover at the same time. You can’t go wrong with that combination.
