Love this iPad. Using it for college. My only complaint is it dies VERY fast. I upgraded from an iPad 6th gen. It lasted me all day when doing homework. This one last’s me about 2 hours with the same usage :( still a great fast device mostly though.

This is more for the customer service I received at the Alakawa store in ‘Oahu. I live in Maui and we don’t have a store on island so I took the iPad with me on a trip to ‘Oahu to make a return. The customer service there was quick, friendly, and professional. I’m used to long or difficult return processes and this was the total opposite. Mahalo Nui!

The best iPad— crisp text and image— easy to use. Quite a companion

Only connects to Apple Pencil 1, and needs an adapter to connect to the Apple Pencil. Very tedious to connect. Very smooth screen, not as heavy as one would assume. Battery life is good last about 14hours without charge.

I love this iPad, and it was actually the second one I bought. The battery life is the best! Best Buy always have electronics on sale.

Pleased with the purchase iPad 10th gen, Price is lower than at other stores. Super fast delivery. The iPad itself is pretty good. I did not expect that I get the premium quality, but it’s very close. Battery life is OK for Apple products. Does the job that it was bought for.
