It was a gift for my mother, who lives in another state. I called customer service to make sure she could pick it up. They were able to change the order so that she could go to the Best Buy near here to pick it up. My mother loves the iPad! Thank you, Best Buy!

I have used an iPad for 15years. When I saw the new features of the 10th generation iPad I decided that it was time for a change. Set up was “user friendly “ as along as you have your AppleID and password in hand. Bought it on Black Friday. When I received it I realized that it did not have a headphone jack. Went to my BestBuy and the tech rep immediately knew what I needed for an adapter. Nine dollar charge for it. Also, bought a keyboard case so I could easily author documents. Very convenient for traveling and watching movies on a plane. Good all-around choice.

This one was a gift for our grandson. This model is very useful in a sense that his parents can limit his screen time and can control the sites that he can access. In short, this ipad is parental control capable and that is very important especially if the one using is still a minor. The battery lasts very long even after a year of using. The best part is that our grandson can facetime us anytime he is allowed to do so.

Completely different from the 9th generation per my 8 year old grandson. According to him it’s the best gift ever!!! He was totally impressed with the esthetics, the fact that it was blue, the color options, the gaming experience was improved, the camera was much better and there was no home button. Overall he said his new iPad 10th Generation was better than the 9th Generation, hands down in his opinion. He said he would take very good care of it.

Moving from the 8th gen, the screen and form factor is a huge improvement. Had to adjust not having a home button, but since I've been without one with the iPhone for awhile, it wasn't difficult. Everything works as it should.

Great Love the screen! This replaced my old iPad Air 2nd Gen. I was having some issues with our Wemo Doorbell on Apple HomeKit. This new iPad 10th Gen took care of all the issues. Works Great now!

I bought 4 iPads in one purchase. All are still properly functioning with no issues after 2 years. I didn’t want to leave my review until the 2 year mark.

Before the launch of this product I predicted all the upgrades should equal out to about 100 dollars more from the 9th generation IPAD. I missed by 50 and I thought it was overpriced so I wasn’t going to purchase it for that amount. It is on sale now for 50 less so I purchased it. I am not a pencil person, PRO person or interested in trying to turn an IPad into a laptop replacement. It can’t and never will be able to. Apple can trick it out all they want. The software won’t allow it. I mainly do email, text, browse the Internet, pay my bills, do some shopping, and for movies and sports consumption. All that talk about not laminated or no anti reflective coating for me is hogwash. I got what I wanted: USB(and the fact that it’s usb 2.0 doesn’t bother me). All I do is transfer small movies and document files anyway. Upgraded screen to Liquid Retina is great for me. Don’t need P3 color. Stereo speakers in landscape mode is nice. Also putting the camera in landscape was nice. 5G is good and I really like the touch ID button being moved and the boarders being slimed down, makes it look more modern. Last of all my daughter gave me a 100 gift card that i put towards it so out of pocket for me was only 300!!!! Now you see why I am so happy with my new IPAD.
